LACORS (the Local Authorities Coordinators of Regulatory Services) is the local government central body responsible for overseeing local authority regulatory and related services in the UK, which is the name given to a group of services which exist to protect the public. These range from protecting consumers against illegal door stop selling to checking hygiene standards in restaurants and food factories.

Our website and services are available to customers in the UK who deal with LACORS; namely local authority heads of regulatory services, front line officers, elected members, officers from central bodies, staff and officials from partner organisations such as central government departments and professional bodies.


As a Charitable Trust, LandAid makes grants to other charities to support a variety of projects usually connected with

No Use Empty - Kent Empty Property Initiative

Their work mainly centres around the private rented housing sector in England. Save Britain's Heritage

SAVE has been described as the most influential conservation group to have been established since William Morris founded the Society for the Protection Ancient Buildings over a century ago. Shelter knows that bad housing wrecks lives, so they're working hard to ensure everyone has a home. The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings

The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings was founded by William Morris in 1877 to counteract the highly destructive 'restoration' of medieval buildings being practised by many Victorian architects.
