Housing Accommodation available July 2011 (Renting - Room)

The flat is a three bedroom, the other two is occupied and you would have to share common areas (bathroom, kitchen, and living area). The room is quite large; I can send you some pictures. It is in Wanstead (East London), a quiet area. The Central line runs there. The rent is £650 per month, this includes ALL BILLS, Internet, television connection and kitchen stuff (plates, pots and utensils etc). Also, a CLEANER comes in every other week to do the cleaning. My contract would be up September 15th, but I am leaving July. The initial let would be for 2.5 months, but you can extend the contract to one year .
